As a highly skilled technical professional, you will be playing a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement at our organization.

You will operate in a remote working environment, providing technical and application problem resolution and escalation assistance for our products. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and debug complex Application issues related to our software, and respond to situations where end users have failed to isolate or resolve problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.

  • Resolve technical issues of our product suite for our Customers and Partners worldwide.
  • Document and verify reported problems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation. Engage additional resources when necessary.
  • Log/report issues on our CRM, provide effective and consistent communication to customers, peers and other teams
  • Understand and set issue priority based upon urgency and business impact.
  • Close issues by providing quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root cause wherever applicable

Technical professionals must have hands-on experience in:

  • Networking
  • CentOs Linux
  • Windows OS

Additionally, they should have hands-on experience in at least two of the following technologies:

  • Contact Center Technologies (including Automated Dialers & Telephony)
  • Application Support
  • Telephony experience / SIP
  • XML scripting
  • Object Oriented Programming

Secondary skills include VXML, CCML, RDBMS, Microsoft LUIS/CLU, API's, SMS, and cloud technologies such as AWS and/or Google knowledge. Basic Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud is also desirable.

Our ideal candidate has strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, thrives to learn, and engages in additional responsibilities whenever needed. They also possess strong customer communication skills, including passing an English proficiency test.
