Job Title: Senior Business Systems Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Systems Professional to join our team. This role is a key position that sits at the heart of our business operations, supporting our bespoke systems across various areas.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet, manage competing priorities, and remain calm and effective under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a front-line responder within the system support team, resolving incidents and service requests raised by users.
  • Maintain and manage problem tickets in line with the problem management process, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution tracking.
  • Ensure all support guides, knowledge articles, and training materials are regularly updated and reflect the latest system functionality and processes.
  • Develop and maintain deep functional knowledge of our bespoke trading application, acting as a subject matter expert for users and internal teams.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in information systems, computing studies, IT or other related fields and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a senior business systems professional or a similar role.
