Kitchen and Wardrobe Sales Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to lead our kitchen and wardrobe sales efforts, with a focus on driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the kitchen and wardrobe industry.
  • Closely collaborate with the Design Team, Marketing Department, Installation Partners, and Suppliers to deliver a seamless product experience for IMobler customers.
  • Utilize expertise in design software such as KDmax, Google Sketch-Up, and 3Ds Max to drive design excellence and innovation within the Designing Team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive engagement with potential customers across various geographies and industries.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements to drive revenue pipeline growth through optimized sales processes.
  • Lead and manage a team directly reporting to you, fostering a collaborative environment to ensure seamless operations from start to finish.
About You:
  • A results-driven sales leader with exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • A hard-working individual passionate about modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written English communication, enabling effective conveyance of complex ideas to customers.
  • Strong aptitude for design principles and attention to detail.
  • A relevant degree or diploma in designing from a recognized institution, accompanied by expertise in AutoCAD and design tools like 3Ds-Max, KD-Max, and Google Sketch-up.
Requirements:
  • Full-time employment.
  • Graduate or equivalent with excellent command of the English language.
  • Estimated salary: up to ₹10 Lakhs per annum.
