Job Description:

As a Sales Specialist at iMobler Homes, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with our Design Team, Marketing Team, Installation Partners, and Suppliers to deliver exceptional product experiences for our customers.

  • Client Front End Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Design Project Coordination: Work collaboratively with designers to create photorealistic designs that showcase our products' features and benefits.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve the sales process, ensuring timely conversions and smooth onboarding for our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of professionals who will report directly to you, working together to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Your strong understanding of design principles and ability to convey complex ideas effectively will be essential in driving sales growth. A degree or diploma in designing from a recognized institute, along with expertise in AutoCAD and kitchen designing tools like 3Ds-Max, KD-Max, and Google Sketch-up, is mandatory.
