About This Opportunity: We're seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at DataMantis. As a pioneer in the AI industry, we're committed to making AI accessible and impactful for businesses worldwide. In this role, you'll play a key part in our lead generation program, pre-qualifying leads, conducting product demos and presentations, and building lasting relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and strategic market analysis.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Follow up with potential customers, nurture leads through the sales process, and build lasting relationships.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed sales records, monitor sales progress, and report on activity and achievements.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and sales materials.

Requirements:
  • A driven sales professional with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Skilled in communication, able to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business management.
  • 4+ years of experience in online sales preferably for SaaS companies.
  • Selling AI solutions or products is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Individuals ready to work in US shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
