Sales Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and strategic market analysis.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations that effectively showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Follow up with potential customers, nurture leads through the sales process, and build lasting relationships.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed sales records, monitor sales progress, and report on activity and achievements.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and sales materials.
Requirements:
- A driven sales professional with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Skilled in communication, able to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
- A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business management.
- 4+ years of experience in online sales preferably for SaaS companies.
- Selling AI solutions or products is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Individuals ready to work in US shifts (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST).
