Job Overview

As a seasoned technology leader, we are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our project's technological direction.

  • With 14+ years of experience, you will have a deep understanding of software development and solution/technical architecture in development projects.
  • Expertise in Java 17/J2EE, Spring Framework, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate is essential for this role.
  • Microservices Architecture, Spring boot, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with API Gateways and proficiency in AWS cloud platform and cloud-native development are must-haves.
  • Familiarity with Graph db, Vector DB, and distributed databases is also a plus.
  • Strong database knowledge in Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB is necessary.
  • Agile Development Projects with solid knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology are required.
  • DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub experience is highly valued.
  • Application Design using UML constructs like Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Collaboration Diagrams, and Interaction Diagrams is essential.
  • Good understanding of Database Design and data modeling best practices is also necessary.
  • Ability to define and document Contextual Architecture, Logical Architecture, Solution Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Deployment Architecture is key.
  • Strong understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) like High Availability, Security, Performance, and Scalability is required.
  • Hands-on coding experience in Java technologies ensuring high-quality development standards is necessary.

Broad Responsibilities:

  • Owning the technology health of the project/account on all key metrics.
  • Ensuring projects/accounts meet technical standards of governance, technology standards, and best practices.
  • Owning the long-term as well as the short-term technology strategy of your project/account.
  • Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross-sell or up-sell Nagarro's offerings.
  • Conceptualizing and owning the technical architecture and design of the projects you are influencing.
  • Harnessing your consulting skills in a culture that promotes opportunities to provide thought leadership and breakthrough solutions for our clients.
  • Running workshops internally and with customers on technology and business topics to create new solution areas and use cases.
  • Communicating and driving adoption of organizational technology initiatives in your account.
  • Mentoring and managing team members by giving constant on-the-job feedback and providing guidance.
