We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager - ERP Implementation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have domain expertise and at least 10-15 years of experience in end-to-end implementation of e-procurement software.

Candidates should have prior experience of working with e-procurement "procure to pay" or "source to pay" (P2P / S2P) products like SAP ARIBA, COUPA, IVALUA, BASWARE, JAGGAER or any other similar strategic sourcing /e-sourcing /procure2pay /Source2pay product suite.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage stakeholder relationships by effectively coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Drive Continuous Improvement programs in Professional Services as per the Programs laid down by Management and Center of Excellence teams.
  3. Lead and manage multiple challenging projects, catering to diverse industry verticals and geographical locations.
  4. Conduct kick-off meetings to establish project objectives, deliverables, and expectations.
  5. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery, evaluating time, cost, and quality parameters, while efficiently managing change requests.
  6. Draft and obtain sign-off on Statements of Work (SOW) with customers.
  7. Provide guidance and direction to the project team, facilitating weekly project status review meetings with both the team and customers.
  8. Identify and mitigate project risks, both internally and externally.
  9. Follow established processes, provide regular updates, and conduct one-on-one sessions with the team to foster effective project management practices and continuous learning.
  10. Efficiently resolve client/internal issues related to processed data or software.
  11. Travel to customer locations periodically for requirements gathering, project status updates, and action planning.
  12. Develop comprehensive project planning documents for sign-off.
  13. Foster a collaborative environment by enabling brainstorming sessions to explore innovative approaches.
  14. Ensure effective resource planning for project deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in project management role and delivering multiple and complex projects (Operations / Transitions / Migrations/ Supply Chain/ Procurement-S2P, P2P and S2C)
  • 10-15 years experience in End to End Implementation Project Management role is must
  • Good at Team Management
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Should be proficient in client interactions
