Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Quality Transformation Leader to join our team at Lifelancer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing compliance-related services, managing Computerized System Validation (CSV) initiatives, and ensuring the successful completion of digital process transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Compliance CoE Offerings for Product Supply and Digital Data (DD)IT.
- Manage Computerized System Validation (CSV) related services.
- Ensure Digital Process transformation projects are successfully completed.
- Implement Science and Risk Based Validation Approach for Computerized Equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- M.Sc., M.C.A., B.Sc., or a similar graduate degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality).
- Overall experience of more than 12+ years in the IT or equivalent industry.
- 3+ years of people management experience within pharmaceutical or other relevant industry, including hiring, appraising, and development responsibility of people.
- 5+ years of experience in managing Quality compliance deliverables in service level-based setup.
