Job Description

Skillful professionals in the field of artificial intelligence are sought after to spearhead the development of cutting-edge products. The Senior Product Manager, AI Innovation Applications role is pivotal in driving innovation and growth within our organization.

This individual will be responsible for leading the product strategy, translating customer needs into actionable requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that drive tangible business outcomes. They will also conduct market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential for success in this role.

  • Develop and execute large-scale product deliveries, ensuring successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Manage beta programs, gather user feedback, and conduct A/B testing to validate product directions.
  • Motivate and guide a product development team, working effectively across functions and leading through influence in a global team environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing customers, leveraging their feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
