About the Role

The GenAI Specialist is responsible for driving innovation by designing and implementing advanced generative AI models to meet client needs.

  • Fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for enhanced performance
  • Optimizing scalable Machine Learning (ML) pipelines for efficient model deployment
  • Integrating AI into client applications for seamless user experiences
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate complex AI concepts and align with business strategies
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in Data Science domain with strong exposure to Generative AI
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, multimodal AI, and diffusion models for applications in text, image, or speech generation
  • Strong proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and OpenAI APIs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), model deployment strategies, and GPU optimization

You will also need to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and model architectures to drive continuous innovation.
