We are seeking a senior professional to lead our service operations in the city.
- The successful candidate will oversee the management of service delivery, service operations, and demand generation.
- Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day service operations, guiding and mentoring the team, ensuring payment collection from customers, and delivering scooters with high satisfaction levels.
- Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring warehouse operations, including inventory management and coordination with the central warehouse.
- The administrative tasks involve managing the premises of Ather in the city.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, operations management)
