Front Office Patient Coordinator Job Description

At our dental clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Office Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves coordinating the flow of patients through the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to dentists and specialists, including managing schedules, preparing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient flow through the clinic, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Provide administrative support to dentists and specialists, including scheduling, treatment planning, and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional manner
  • Assist with financial transactions, including processing payments and handling billing inquiries
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English, with Kannada language skills a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and other computer applications
  • Mandatory experience working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant demeanor
