Medical Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Medical Operations Coordinator to support our medical team in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

You will work closely with our medical operations specialists to ensure seamless scheduling and functioning of the medical team, thereby enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate roster management for ECG, ECHO, and PGDCC schedules
  • Assist in leave and duty replacements for doctors
  • Monitor and track queue sizes, adding doctors on duty as needed
  • Track early/late logins for the medical team
  • Support training coordination for doctors on different case types
  • Maintain operational data in Google Sheets/MS Excel

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or students in their final year (BCom, BBA, B.Tech, B.E, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in basic computing and Google Sheets/MS Excel
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced healthcare environment
