About Our Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing energy storage systems.

The role involves:

  • Developing electrical design plans for battery-based energy storage systems, including PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA designs.
  • Reviewing technical documents and installations to ensure compliance with applicable USA codes and standards.
  • Staying up-to-date with current battery technologies, their fundamental aspects, and main characteristics.
  • Creating FAT and integration test plans for BESS systems, including technical reviews of vendor-provided documents.
  • Managing bids and projects throughout their life cycle, including electrical testing and training sessions.
  • Requirements: minimum 2 years of experience in BESS, bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a relevant field, excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, client management, team management, and process management skills.
