Job Title: Data Storage Specialist

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Storage Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in data storage administration, with a strong knowledge of storage technologies including Pure, Isilon, Qumulo, Dell EMC, NAS, and Brocade.
  • Prior experience in configuring and optimizing storage infrastructure for optimal performance is also highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To administer and manage storage systems to ensure efficient data access and storage.
  • To monitor and troubleshoot storage system issues to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
  • To work collaboratively with teams to implement storage solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and software platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
