Job Title: Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Compensation Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in payroll processing, with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field. Advanced Excel proficiency is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end payroll processing for employees
  • Manage salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data
  • Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), and other applicable laws
  • Prepare and validate salary sheets and ensure error-free disbursement

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and coordination skills, able to handle confidential information with integrity and work well independently.

About This Role

This role requires strong analytical and logical thinking skills, as well as a deep understanding of payroll processes and strong attention to detail.

You will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, managing salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data, as well as handling statutory compliance and preparing salary sheets.

In addition, you will need to coordinate with Finance for timely salary transfer and variable calculation inputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–7 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes
  • Strong attention to detail
