US Accounting and Payroll Specialist

As a financial operations specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and compliant financial transactions for clients. Your expertise in US accounting and payroll regulations will be essential in maintaining client trust.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for US-based clients according to federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting procedures.
  • Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports.
  • Communicate with teams to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
  • Support tax filings and compliance documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in US accounting and payroll (preferred).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and payroll compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines across time zones.
