Financial Operations Expert

As a Financial Operations Expert, you will manage finance at the speed of innovation.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial records.

Additional tasks include handling accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Preparation of MIS reports, P&L statements, and monthly financial dashboards is also required.

Support for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures is essential.

Ensure compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.

Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Implement internal financial controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.

Support venture finance setup for new business units.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional qualification (ICWA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounts, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
