Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end research projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design and implement research studies that meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement new research techniques and methodologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Negotiate costs and manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and communication.
  • Lead complex research projects in collaboration with senior directors and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, sociology, or psychology.
  • At least 3-6 years of experience in qualitative consumer research and brand strategy.
  • A proven track record of conducting end-to-end research projects independently.
  • Knowledge of advanced qualitative data collection methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in moderating groups and in-depth interviews, both online and offline.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms for qualitative research.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives from data.
