Key Responsibilities

Conduct Research and Analysis

As a Research Analyst at VPATROL AI Private Limited, you will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative research to gather and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability. You will apply strong attention to detail in all aspects of research, analysis, and reporting.

Collaborate with Teams

You will use critical thinking to evaluate information, draw conclusions, and make recommendations based on data findings. You will collaborate with members of your own team and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of insights.

Plan and Execute Research

You will plan and execute data research and analysis under the guidance of senior members of the analytics team. You will manage tasks efficiently, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.

Contribute to Knowledge Management

You will demonstrate initiative and ownership by taking responsibility for assigned projects and contributing innovative ideas. You will contribute to knowledge management by maintaining accurate and organized research documentation.

Support the Team

You will support the team in generating reports and visualizations that present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline. You will also need strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in data collection and analysis.

Skills and Qualities

You will need excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You will also need experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with research methodologies and frameworks for data analysis is an advantage. Experience in working within teams on multiple projects and managing priorities is also beneficial. Understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
