Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end research projects, including research instruments, moderation, analysis, report writing, presentation, and project management.
  • Support both regional and country projects/teams.
  • Develop and implement new research techniques and methodologies to address research requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including field and operations teams, moderators, and consultants.
  • Negotiate costs with external vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations through quality service delivery.
  • Independently manage standardized and customized studies, with complex studies managed in collaboration with Qualitative Directors.
    Requirements
    Education and Experience

    • A Master's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
    • At least 3-6 years of experience in qualitative consumer research and brand strategy.
    • A demonstrated record of conducting end-to-end research independently.
    • Knowledge of advanced qualitative data collection methodologies and techniques, analysis, and interpretation.
    • Experience in moderating groups and in-depth interviews, both offline and online.
    • Experience in using various technology platforms for qualitative research.
    • Candidates should be curious, open-minded, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
