About this role

Key responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in recruitment and talent management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee information, performance evaluations, and training programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or talent management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software applications.
