
Sales Growth Professional

We are seeking a skilled renewal sales professional to assume a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion within our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking subscription renewals, ensuring timely reminders are sent to customers. This includes engaging in outbound telecalling to guarantee clients renew their courses on time.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will assist existing customers in upgrading to new offerings, while maintaining thorough records of all current and potential clients.
The key performance indicator (KPI) for this role is achieving renewal collection targets and exceeding defined monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual sales quotas.
Client Servicing and Renewals Executive Requirements:- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- The ability to perform well under pressure.
- Strong time- and project-management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Capable of effective communication.
- Superior customer service skills.
