Job Title:

Business Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, including in-depth analysis of profit and loss statements and expense accounting.
  • Reporting to Management: Develop and present various reports to operations and department heads, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of variances, including month-on-month, year-on-year, actual versus budget, and quarter-on-quarter comparisons.
Budgeting and Planning
  • Revenue Expense Budget: Collaborate with operations teams to develop Kandivali's revenue expense budget.
  • Sector Expenses: Consolidate sector expenses, including actual and budgeted amounts.
Monitoring and Controlling
  • Internal Controls: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and verify review evidence.
Liaising and Coordination
  • Statutory Auditors: Liaise with statutory auditors during quarter-end reviews and annual audits.
  • Review Evidence: Verify and upload review evidence on the Controls Manager Portal.
Tax Audits
  • Tax Compliance: Coordinate with tax auditors to ensure timely completion of tax audits.
IT Improvements
  • Process Automation: Automate routine activities and leverage IT to improve standard MIS for operations and management.
