About the Role- We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee interior projects from planning through handover, ensuring timely and quality delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.
- Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise.
- Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management.
- Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
