Job Title: Interior Architect

 

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors. They will collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design, cost, and execution.
  • Budgeting and Scheduling: Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and profit and loss understanding.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Design Quality: Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
  • Multi-Tasking: Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
