Project Coordinator Job

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to oversee and manage corporate office interior design projects.

The ideal candidate will be stationed at the site and responsible for coordinating end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day site activities for interior design projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project timelines in alignment with design & client requirements.
  • Evaluate contractor, vendor, and labor performance to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between design teams, procurement, vendors, and clients.
  • Track project budgets, materials usage, and report cost deviations.
  • Organize site meetings and provide regular project updates to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at the site.
  • Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
  • Guarantee timely handover of the project with high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Business Administration.
  • 3–6 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects.
  • A deep understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
  • Flexibility to work full-time at the project site.
