Job Title: Project Lead - Interior Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee the execution of interior design projects. As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of design principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience Ownership: Own the customer experience from project booking to handover, ensuring seamless transitions and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Team Management: Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently and keep projects on track.
  • People Management: Manage a team of operations leads, hire talent, and provide guidance and support to strengthen the team.
  • Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to defined processes and standards, driving continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Performance Metrics: Responsible for Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, Customer Overall CSAT Score, and Quicker resolution of customer escalations.
  • Expertise and Qualifications:
  • Education: MBA from IIM or Tier 1 B-schools preferred, but not required.
  • Work Experience: 7-12 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries, with direct team reporting experience required.
  • Skill Set: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, structured thought process, and analytical ability.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants.
