Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled interior design professional to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, this role will be responsible for providing expert interior design services to our clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise and excellent client-handling skills.

  • Develop innovative design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Create detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design specifications.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools is essential.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English) are necessary.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs are crucial.
