Job Description

This role involves working as part of a Level 1 Support team, responsible for providing first-line technical support to our customers via email and phone. You will be the primary point of contact for customer queries and issues related to our supported applications.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Triage incoming requests and assign to relevant Support Levels utilizing documentation
  • Ensure that all requests and incidents are responded within the time specified by Service Level Agreements
  • Document and add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository
  • Use soft skills such as Listening, Empathy, Courtesy, Client Centricity etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capability and technical aptitude to resolve incidents
  • Experience of working with users outside India
  • Familiarity with Service Now or similar ticketing system
  • Eye for detail and good business acumen
  • Understanding of L1/L2 Support Operations
