Senior Design Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Coordinator to join our team in delivering high-caliber commercial real estate projects.

  • As a Senior Design Coordinator, you will lead design coordination across internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
  • You will review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • You will leverage tools like Revit, BIM, and AI-powered platforms for seamless workflows.
  • You will facilitate timely and accurate design documentation and approvals.
  • You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across planning, construction, and design.
  • You will monitor deliverables, track design timelines, and resolve design conflicts.
  • You will stay updated with international design trends and sustainability best practices.

  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, and AutoCAD
  • Exposure to AI tools for design automation, modeling, or documentation
  • Familiarity with local building codes and global design standards
