Commercial Real Estate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate specialist to join our Lending Services division. The successful candidate will work closely with global clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
- Analyzing U.S. Commercial Real Estate industry trends across various property types, including Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial, Lodging, and Healthcare.
- Preparing Property Operating Statements and Rent Roll analysis reports.
- Reviewing CRE loan originations, third-party reports (appraisal, environmental, and engineering), and Asset Summary Reports.
- Underwriting commercial properties by analyzing financial data, leases, and rent rolls.
- Performing end-to-end CRE Portfolio Monitoring activities on behalf of Commercial Banks.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong Excel knowledge, and the ability to deliver assigned deals/tasks within committed timelines.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in CRE spreading, rent rolls, and operating statement analysis.
- Ability to analyze and deliver assigned deals/tasks within committed timelines.
- Strong Excel skills, with knowledge of various data sources like REIS and CoStar.
