Senior Commercial Real Estate Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to drive our commercial real estate business forward.

  • Grow the business through strategic planning and execution of comprehensive market strategies.

  • Develop client-driven solutions in partnership with technology teams.

Requirements:

  • 14-18 years of experience in commercial real estate business.
  • In-depth understanding of CRE lending products and platforms.
  • Auditor-approved knowledge of mortgage documents, origination procedures, and underwriting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful track record in sales, marketing collateral creation, and responding to RFPs.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience including clients.
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
