Enterprise Risk Professional

We are seeking an Enterprise Risk Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in strengthening our operations' resilience by adopting innovative ways to manage risk.

You will lead the APAC region's risk management initiatives, effectively engaging stakeholders, and driving the implementation of risk frameworks and mechanisms.

  • Risk Management Expertise: Translate threat identification into risk assessments, risk treatment plans, mitigation strategies, and escalation frameworks
  • Crisis Leadership: Lead country-level crisis calls and ensure timely placement adoption of mitigation measures
  • Guideline Development: Establish guidelines, workflows, and frameworks to empower regional leaders to lead and drive crisis scenarios effectively
  • Risk Control Definition: Define, apply, and defend requirements as well as test, remediate, and enhance risk management controls
  • Incident Management Team (IMT) Collaboration: Drive initiatives to leverage IMT capabilities and strengthen incident crisis management capabilities
  • Training and Development: Conduct IMTex Table Top Exercises for Regional Country Leaders in partnership with SLP teams and other stakeholders
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop, monitor, and report on internal metrics, goals, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
  • Remediation and Mitigation: Identify control deficiencies and engage with internal teams to measure impact, design, and drive remediation
