Senior Risk Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our risk management efforts.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our risk management function, working closely with senior leaders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact our business.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks and procedures to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Participate in strategic projects and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with risk governance standards and promote a strong risk culture within the organization.
- Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant / Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Operational Risk Management (with a focus on Information/Technology Risk) and operations/accounting within the financial services industry.
- Experience in the Second Line of Defense (SLoD) is desirable.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and experience in Financial Services, preferably in the Fund Services environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a medium-sized team. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team.
