Job Opportunity

To expand our presence in assigned territories, we seek a Territory Expansion Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand distribution networks within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing dealer networks, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Meet daily targets by collecting payments, reducing outstanding balances, and promoting timely credit note delivery.
  • Maintain accurate accounts with dealers, fostering strong business relationships.
  • Expand dealer networks through strategic partnerships and new sign board installations.
  • Initiate field development initiatives, including painter meets and product briefings.
  • Engage with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, and painters for business growth.
  • Ensure effective product visibility at dealers' counters.
  • Fill daily CRM reports and track targeted weighted reach and CCD reach in assigned territories.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
