Job Overview: Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a detail-oriented Senior QC Engineer to ensure high-quality castings and metal components through inspections, testing, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspections:
    • Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, hydrostatic pressure, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, and radiographic inspections to verify product compliance.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Prepare and review inspection reports for internal and third-party agencies.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and on-site inspectors to ensure smooth execution of inspections.
  • Quality Assurance Plans (QAP):
    • Develop and execute QAPs based on customer standards and project requirements.
  • Internal Testing & Lab Analysis:
    • Perform daily production testing and inspection in the presence of third-party inspectors.
    • Conduct chemical analysis using spectroscopy and mechanical testing including tensile and hardness tests.
  • Technical Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with NABL-accredited laboratories to ensure adherence to national and international testing standards.
  • Heat Treatment Process:
    • Oversee and inspect heat treatment processes for castings.
  • Measuring Instruments & Calibration:
    • Ensure the precision and accuracy of measuring tools and gauges.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and assurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Familiarity with NABL-accredited laboratories and international testing standards is essential.
