Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the production of high-precision components and systems for the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical skills and a strong commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and aerospace-specific quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final product validation.
- Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, control plans, and inspection reports.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Prior experience in precision manufacturing, aerospace components is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
