Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to support our AML/KYC operations team.

  • Conduct regular audits of AML/KYC cases to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Identify process gaps and provide constructive feedback to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality assurance within the BFSI domain, specifically in compliance-related processes. The successful candidate will drive error reduction, support process improvements through audits and feedback mechanisms, and ensure process adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all AML/KYC processes adhere to regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Collaborate with the operations and training teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Participate in calibration sessions with internal teams and client-side quality stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain quality control checklists and SOPs as per evolving guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Finance preferred
  • 4–8 years of total experience in a BPO or financial services environment
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Analyst in an AML/KYC process
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, customer due diligence, CDD and EDD
  • Proficient in quality audit tools, MS Excel, and report generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
