Job Title: Stock Control Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Stock Control Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth flow of materials.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintaining Accurate Inventory Records: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of stock levels, quantities, and movements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel: The ideal candidate will be proficient in using MS Excel to track inventory, analyze data, and create reports.
- Monitoring Stock Levels: The Stock Control Specialist will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, identifying trends, and making recommendations for replenishment or reduction.
- Conducting Regular Stock Checks: The successful candidate will conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Coordinating with Other Teams: The Stock Control Specialist will work closely with the purchase, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities: The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying ways to reduce losses and control costs.
- Preparing Reports: The successful candidate will prepare simple reports on stock movement to help inform business decisions.
