Welcome to a leading electronics manufacturer, seeking an experienced production planning and control expert to oversee the entire manufacturing process.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with 2-5 years of experience in production planning and control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimal stockouts.

  1. Work Order Creation: Create and execute work orders for all sub-assemblies and finished goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimal stockouts.
  2. Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse activities to ensure kitting activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  3. ECO Implementation: Implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for all sub-assemblies, minimizing delays and optimizing production flow.
  4. Material Obsolescence Tracking: Track material obsolescence and execute necessary actions to prevent stockpiling and minimize waste.
  5. FATP WIP Management: Maintain First Article Test Piece (FATP) Work-In-Progress (WIP) levels at a healthy state, preventing bottlenecks and ensuring smooth production.
  6. Customer Commitment Fulfillment: Fulfill customer commitments without any gaps, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  7. Achievement Rate Monitoring: Monitor achievement rates against plan, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  8. Daily Meetings with CFT Team: Conduct daily meetings with Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to discuss losses and address issues with designated Responsible Individual (DRI).
