Project Professionals sought to lead project planning and control functions across multiple projects. As a key player in ensuring timely execution, effective resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for infrastructure projects.

You will establish project baselines, monitor deviations, and ensure timely corrective actions. Your coordination with engineering, procurement, and execution teams will be essential for integrated planning.

As a Monitoring & Control expert, you will implement project monitoring systems, dashboards, and progress reports. You will track KPIs such as cost, time, productivity, and resource utilization, and highlight delays, risks, and bottlenecks to management with mitigation plans.

Your leadership & Coordination skills will be crucial in leading and mentoring the central planning team as well as site-based planners. You will standardize planning processes, templates, and best practices across projects. Your collaboration with finance, contracts, and execution teams will be essential for alignment of schedules with cash flow, billing, and milestones.

In your role as Strategic Planning & Support, you will support management in tender planning, bid schedules, and resource forecasting. You will provide planning inputs for risk management, claim preparation, and project recovery plans. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment of project schedules with contractual obligations and client requirements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation preferred).
  • 15+ years of project planning experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Water & Wastewater industry.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project.
  • Proven track record of leading planning teams for multi-location, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Exposure to contract management, claims, and project controls will be an added advantage.
