Product Development Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the success of our engineering team. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of product and project commitments, participating in product roadmap discussions, and providing inputs on design, modeling, and architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in developing new products, solutions, and processes, driving efficiency and productivity to produce high-quality output.
- Define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and build systems that meet these requirements, performing design and code reviews.
- Use tools and techniques to enhance the quality of code and design, focusing on constant reduction of code debt.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments, building and developing required competencies within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering.
- 7-15 years of total experience working on delivery/development/team management.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with EVM, Android-related technologies.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in mobile technologies like Android.
- Good understanding of commonly used databases like SQL and NoSQL.
Preferred Skills:
- Personnel and project management skills.
- Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
- Organizational, planning, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in explaining complex information to non-technical management personnel and stakeholders.
