Senior Maintenance Planning Expert

As a senior maintenance planning expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of maintenance planners and schedulers, overseeing the development of detailed plans and schedules for routine and preventative maintenance work.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with various crafts to schedule non-turnaround routine maintenance work, providing technical support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for project work, and driving accountability for the use of standard planning and estimating tools and practices.
- Drive effective communication between staff and maintainable assets
- Develop and improve maintenance resource forecasting for asset 5-year work plan and budget
- Participate in hiring and organizational design as required
Required skills and qualifications include a degree in a relevant engineering or maintenance discipline, previous oil and gas experience in a maintenance planning leadership position, and strong technical background in planning and scheduling tools such as JDE, SAP, Prometheus, and Primavera P6.
Preferred qualifications include 15+ years of relevant maintenance planning and execution experience, familiarity with supporting operations within the refining or LNG industry, and demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and employees are expected to adapt to business requirements across the world. The standard work week is Monday to Friday, and working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
