Job Title: Internal Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Internal Control Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of internal controls across all functional areas.

  • This position requires a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of experience in internal audit / accounting audit / internal control role.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian Accounting standards is essential for this role.
  • The ability to perform Process Audit and Month close review independently is also required.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment with cross-functional departments is preferred.

Beyond these requirements, we are looking for a self-starter with a 'can do' outlook and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent review of internal controls, ensuring timely reporting to team members and management.
  • Facilitate completion of mandatory Statutory / Corporate / Asia reporting requirements.
  • Review adherence to US GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards and Company's internal policies.
Requirements:
