Job Overview

The Lease Abstraction Team Manager will lead the team in overseeing daily functions and reporting directly to a senior director. Key responsibilities include:

  • Local Managed Services oversight, leadership, and people management of employees.
  • Engagement with business leaders globally to build and support the managed services team.
  • Driving global integration and standardization while working with service offering leadership.
  • Collaboration with global and local leadership for regional resource management and development.
  • Contributing vision and leadership to deliver technology initiatives that align with strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings and resolving issues.
  • Train and onboard new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Inspire a team to achieve great things through concrete actions, polished communication skills, and collaboration.
  • Deliver results-driven solutions to improve performance and productivity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in lease abstraction or a related field and managing a global team.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills, including problem-solving abilities and a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field; Master's preferred.
