We are seeking a skilled Communication and Engagement Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Communication Plans: Align communication strategies with business objectives and enhance brand identity.
  • Craft Persuasive Content: Create compelling narratives for internal and external communication channels, including newsletters, blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage Corporate Messaging Standards: Ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning across all platforms.
  • Lead Employee Engagement Initiatives: Drive engagement through brand campaigns, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Amplify key initiatives with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams.
  • Monitor Brand Perception and Analyze Effectiveness: Optimize communication strategies based on insights and analysis.
  • Oversee Visual and Written Brand Guidelines: Ensure adherence to brand standards across all platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields.
  • MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications.
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives.
