We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Owfis JobPe Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and client management within the technology sector.

This role involves managing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our technology solutions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts in alignment with company policies.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology industry.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum.

Location: Hyderabad.
