About this role:

  • We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Programs Assistant Manager. This is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting the delivery of strategic program agendas and ensuring effective governance across various initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management and Governance:
    • Develop and implement program management frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define program strategies and outcomes.
    • Manage central program documentation repositories and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Corporate Social Responsibility & Employee Engagement:
    • Anchoring CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations.
    • Partner with NGOs and internal CSR committees to evaluate, track, and present CSR initiatives.
    • Organize events and campaigns that showcase community impact and enhance employee engagement.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.
    • Design high-quality presentations and visual content to support internal and external communications.
    • Evaluate and enhance tools and templates to streamline workflows and improve governance visibility.

Requirements:

  • University Degree related to Business Administration, Operations, or similar field.
  • 8+ years' total experience including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
