As an Associate Program Manager - Partnerships & Growth, you'll be driving programs that accelerate our vision. You'll thrive on unlocking new business opportunities, fostering collaboration, and fueling growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to enable alignment and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations, and support their execution and integration into ongoing projects.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and generate insights to inform leadership decisions.
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, edtech platforms, corporates, and global institutions.
  • Design and implement creative growth initiatives (scholarships, hackathons, referral alliances, joint programs).
  • Take ownership of special projects requiring experimentation, process-building, and execution at scale.
  • Develop project plans, KPIs, and performance dashboards to track progress and impact.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in consulting, program management, strategy, or a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure problems and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a bias towards action and learning by doing.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and drive outcomes under tight timelines.
